What to Expect on the Call
It Is 30 Minutes. Sometimes Less.
We respect your time. The call covers what we need to give you a quote, not your whole life story. If we can wrap in 20 minutes, we wrap in 20 minutes.
You Talk. We Listen.
We ask about your business, your operation, your current website (if you have one), and what you want a new one to do. You do most of the talking. That is by design. We are listening for what would actually help your business.
We Tell You What We Would Do
Once we understand what you are trying to accomplish, we tell you what we would build, how we would approach it, and what it would cost. Most of the time we can quote it right there on the call. If your project needs more thought, we send the quote over within a day or two.
You Decide When You Are Ready
Some people decide on the call. Most take a day or two to think it over. Either way is fine. After the call, you get an email from Tom recapping what we discussed and the quote. We follow up a few days later to see if you have any questions or are ready to move forward. If you need more time, you take more time.

A Little About Us Before We Talk
Big Sky Internet Design has been building horse industry websites since 1998. Owner Tom Bruch holds a Bachelor of Science in Equestrian Science and has trained, bred, shown, judged, and stood stallions throughout his career. When you call, you are talking to a horse industry person, not a sales rep.
